This is a quiet neighborhood, and it is a home that we take great pride and ensure that all of our guests are happy with their experience. By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below: HOUSE RULES: ▪ No parties allowed ($500 fee per noise complaint) ▪ No smoking of any kind ($500 fee) ▪ No loud music ($250 fee per noise complaint) ▪ Quiet hours 10pm to 8am ▪ Gatherings are allowed, but the house can sleep a maximum of 8 guests ▪ Check-out @ 11:00am (no late check-outs unless pre-approved) ᕯ After a 2nd noise violation, you will be asked to vacate the home, and your stay is non-refundable. ᕯ If the police are called, you will be asked to vacate the home, and your stay is non-refundable. PET POLICY: Guest’s well-behaved, house-trained dog(s) is welcome with prior approval only at an additional rate of $85 per reservation (2 dogs maximum). ▪ Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags ▪ Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. ▪ Towels and washcloths provided are NOT to be used on pets. ▪ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. ▪ Do NOT leave your dog at the house unattended. ▪ If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily and vacuum after them. ▪ Vacuums, broom & dustpan can be located in the kitchen and/or hallway closet ▪ Guests must pick up after their dog and discard waste properly. ▪ Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage. ▪ County Leash Law: it is illegal for people to allow their dogs to run free in unincorporated areas of the county. The ordinance requires that if a dog is off its owner’s premises, the dog must be on a leash. ▪ Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
