By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below: HOUSE RULES: ▪ No parties allowed ($250 fee per noise complaint) ▪ No smoking of any kind ($500 fee) ▪ No loud music ($250 fee per noise complaint) ▪ Quiet hours 10pm to 10am ▪ Gatherings are allowed, but the house can sleep a maximum of 4 guests ▪ Check-out @ 11:00am (no late check-outs unless pre-approved) ᕯ After a 2nd noise violation, you will be asked to vacate the home, and your stay is non-refundable. ᕯ If the police are called, you will be asked to vacate the home, and your stay is non-refundable. PET POLICY: Guest’s well-behaved, house-trained dog(s) is welcome with prior approval only at an additional rate of $75 per reservation (1 dog maximum). ▪ Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags. ▪ Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes. ▪ Dog must be potty trained & can't relieve themselves indoors ($250 fee). ▪ Guests must pick up after their dogs and discard waste properly. ▪ Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage. ▪ Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. ▪ Towels and washcloths provided are NOT to be used on pets. ▪ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. ▪ If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily and vacuum after them. ▪ Vacuums, brooms & dustpans can be located in the kitchen and/or hallway closet. ▪ County Leash Law: it is illegal for people to allow their dogs to run free in unincorporated areas of the county. The ordinance requires that if a dog is off its owner’s premises, the dog must be on a leash.

This unit doesn’t include a washer and dryer, so we recommend using the convenient wash & fold services at JR Coin Laundry for extended stays. The TV is a Smart TV without live channels or cable connection. You can log in with your account for any preferred streaming apps. We’ve equipped the TV with a high-end sound system to enhance your viewing experience. To maintain the quality and ensure everything works perfectly for all guests, we’ve password-protected the inputs, so connecting other devices like gaming consoles (PS5, Xbox, etc.) isn’t permitted.
