You will have exclusive access to the entire house and back yard. Note on Restricted Access: A few areas are locked for your security and safety: the garage (currently undergoing a future expansion project), a designated closet for cleaning supplies and water heater closet (to keep them out of reach of children).

Welcome to a house with a story! Built in 1961, this house was lovingly owned by my Papa from 1987 until 2025. Papa was a simple man who saw the world change dramatically. Being born in the sleepy town of Walnut Springs, Texas in 1930, you can imagine the things he saw and the colorful stories that filled these walls as we were growing up. We have intentionally preserved the original charm of his home while equipping it with modern luxury. We hope that you come and make your own wonderful memories under this roof with friends, family and loved ones!
