This is a quiet neighborhood, and it is a home in which we take great pride in and ensure that all of our guests are happy with their experience. By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below: HOUSE RULES: ▪ No parties allowed ($250 fee per noise complaint) ▪ No smoking of any kind ($500 fee) ▪ No loud music ($250 fee per noise complaint) ▪ Quiet hours 10pm to 8am ▪ Gatherings are allowed, but the house can sleep a maximum of 4 guests ▪ Check-out @ 11:00am (no late check-outs unless pre-approved) ᕯ After a 2nd noise violation, you will be asked to vacate the home, and your stay is non-refundable. ᕯ If the police are called, you will be asked to vacate the home, and your stay is non-refundable. PET POLICY: Guest’s well-behaved, house-trained dog(s) is welcome with prior approval only at an additional rate of $75 per reservation (2 small dogs maximum). ▪ Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags. ▪ Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes. ▪ Dog must be potty trained & can't relieve themselves indoors ($250 fee). ▪ Guests must pick up after their dogs and discard waste properly. ▪ Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage. ▪ Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. ▪ Towels and washcloths provided are NOT to be used on pets. ▪ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. ▪ If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily and vacuum after them. ▪ Vacuums, brooms & dustpans can be located in the kitchen and/or hallway closet. ▪ County Leash Law: it is illegal for people to allow their dogs to run free in unincorporated areas of the county. The ordinance requires that if a dog is off its owner’s premises, the dog must be on a leash.

The home is equipped with a Chromecast, so you can stream using your own login. The space sleeps 3 comfortably, with a queen-sized bed upstairs and an inflatable mattress stored in a wicker basket downstairs. We occasionally stay next door, so if you need any assistance, feel free to reach out.
