This home was the perfect location to allow my friend group and I to have a perfect weekend out! It was closely located to everything we needed and Uber/Lyft was very affordable when needed. The neighborhood itself is currently up and coming, but at no time did we ever feel unsafe or like our vehicles might be in danger. The neighbors are quite friendly and suggested several good restaurants in the area. The home looked identical to the listing photos provided and was squeaky clean with more than enough space for a small group. If you're heading to Silo or anywhere in Deep Ellum, this is the listing for you!

We were in Dallas for a conference at UT southwestern and the house was perfect for a colleague and I. Private spaces, areas to work and chill after a long day, and very close to the venue on campus as well as to Love Field. Close proximity to restaurants and great neighborhoods, short ride to downtown. Would stay again and recommend highly! Nice backyard space and grill; we didn't use it because we were there for work but probably great for a family or vacation. Thank you!!!

Fantastic place and great location. Very cute bungalow that was just the right size for our family of 3 and our elderly pup. Host was communicative and check-in/check-out was easy. Bonus points for the most comfortable beds and sheets I've had at an Airbnb!!

Loved this place. It was so convenient to UTD for my son's graduation. It was very clean and as pictured. I have to mention the luxury shower in the master ensuite was wonderful. The large den with tv makes movie night great. Highly recommend this place.

Jays place was great! Perfect location and home was excellent. Really appreciated all the well laid out instructions for check in. Home was clean and perfect size. Backyard was great for the pup to stretch her legs. 10/10 would definitely recommend and would stay again!

This house accommodated my family consisting of 5 adults and two small children. The layout was great for kids who needed a separate and quiet part of the home to sleep while the adults were awake into the evenings. Our favorite spots were the kitchen and den which holds a massive couch for lounging. The house is dated as are most homes throughout Richardson, although it is clean and renovated with some very thoughtful updates including new bathrooms with strong shower heads and a seat-warming bidet (surprise!). The house is off the UTD campus and is close to the interstate, which was convenient as well. Lastly, the property management company and/or Sunil was very warm, responsive, and respectful (e.g., they did not provide long lists of to-do's or over-communicate as some short term rental properties have a habit of doing. ). Taken together, my stay was as expected based on the photographs and description and I recommend staying here if you are coming to Richardson!

Jennifer was a phenomenal host and her home was just what we needed for several family members who gathered to support an ailing relative. In the meantime, I had a difficult event back in my home state (my mother passed away), and Jennifer was EXTRA supportive and kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate a specific request I had due to my own dietary needs. All is as expected and described with this place, and the host made it even better.
